By accessing or using the 200 bd platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. By completing registration on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions. 200 bd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 200 bd platform is open only to individuals aged 18 or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such use detected will result in immediate account closure. Users must be legal residents of Bangladesh and must comply with applicable local laws. Identity information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful; providing false information will result in account termination. We may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time, and failure to provide it may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each user may create only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including unauthorized use by third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 200 bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without providing a reason, particularly in cases of terms violations.

While using the platform, you must conduct yourself honestly, fairly, and respectfully toward other users. Any form of cheating, manipulation, use of bots, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited, and any such activity will result in permanent account closure. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any content, software, or data on the platform is not permitted. Harassing, intimidating, or sending offensive messages to other users is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform will be subject to legal action.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be completed through applicable local payment methods. Deposit and withdrawal limits and processing times apply and can be confirmed through the platform's support team. Transactions using third-party payment methods or another person's account are strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 200 bd reserves the right to temporarily hold it pending investigation. We take a firm stance against money laundering and illegal financial activity, and reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The 200 bd platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third parties. 200 bd shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's own decisions and actions. Information displayed on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

200 bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and make reasonable efforts to inform registered users. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
